These terms govern your use of the-redcarpet.com, the Red Carpet app and the seller application process, operated by The Red Carpet in the United Arab Emirates. By using them, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private. You can delete your account at any time.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). VAT at 5% and the delivery fee are added at checkout and shown before you pay. An order is confirmed once payment is received.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Payments are made by card through Stripe, or in instalments through Tabby or Tamara where available. Instalment plans are subject to the provider's eligibility checks and terms.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please check sizes, colours and product details before you order.

If an item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us so we can help.

Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, such as an end date, a minimum spend or a limit on uses, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, selection or onboarding. Applicants must provide accurate information, confirm they may apply on behalf of the brand, and have the rights to any material they upload.

The Red Carpet branding and content remain protected. Brands retain ownership of their own brand materials.

• Using the website or app for unlawful purposes.
• Submitting false, misleading or unauthorised information.
• Uploading malicious files or harmful content.
• Interfering with the operation, security or availability of our services.

To the extent permitted by law, The Red Carpet is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
